The Board is well capacitated, qualified and experienced to oversee the organization efficiently.  It is strong and committed to ensure that the organizational performance and growth is maximized .  Each board member matches his/her position, role and responsibility. The Project manager
Ms Terry Nenzhelele is the founder who is well qualified with 26 years government experience in Human resource, Training and Labour Relations to execute the mandate as expected.  She has 12 years experience in NPO management and entrepreneurship, 18 months capacity building by NACOSA and several short courses on Project and Finance Management.

The Finance manager Is a young third year Chartered Accountant student who has been managing
our finances successfully in compliance with SARS.  She is also an entrepreneur who managed her business successfully for the past three years.  She complies with all SARS requirements submits all returns and keeps all financial records up to date. 

The M&E officer
She is well qualified with Social Auxilliary certificate, seven years experience in NGO Case Management.  She successfully managed all programmes through effective monitoring and evaluation interventions.
